Occupied consultations are paid and that is because we provide value and provide you with a full report on how to improve your space to sell.
Vacant consultations are free.
Step 2 - We come to your home and access the needs for the property. With occupied consults, we give the homeowner suggestions to perform upgrades or renovations based on our recommendations. This is totally up to the homeowners discretion.
Step 3 - We send you a quote and contract to get the ball rolling.
Step 4 - You sign the contract and pay for our services.
Step 5 - We schedule your staging date/ and book photos if requested.
Step 6 - We beautifully stage your home and those offers start rolling in !!
Step 7 - Once your property is close to closing you let us know 7 days prior to schedule a pickup date.
